What shall be done in case of a delegation error?

If ".. cannot fetch SOA record .." error occurs while delegating, you need to contact DNS servers provider and ask them to create a zone for your domain name.

If this is impossible for any reason, you may use DNS servers of Registrar R01 for the purpose of domain name delegation.

If "..list of DNS servers does not match.." error occurs at delegation, you need to indicate (in the form for entering DNS servers at changing the domain name information via the account manager) exactly the same list of DNS servers which are indicated in NS records of your zone on DNS servers which you delegate your domain name with.

If "failed to obtain IP address for DNS server ns.test.ru" error occurred at delegation, make sure that A record for ns.test.ru is available on DNS servers which test.ru domain name is delegated with. If the corresponding record is available, send an e-mail featuring the problem to our technical support department.

A check on which DNS servers test.ru is delegated with can also be done in Whois. Querying the DNS server can be done with nslookup command. If "You cannot use CNAME ns1.example.com for the name server" error occurred at delegation, it shall be necessary to enter A record for ns1.example.com or use other DNS servers at the domain name delegation.

Error occurs because according to RFC1912 standard it is strongly discouraged to use DNS server names which are CNAME records as these records may cause incorrect operation of the delegated domain. It increases the amount of DNS traffic and sometimes may lead to cyclic queries. The problem is featured in more details here (item 2.4): ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc1912.txt
