Basic service terms

Requirements to the parties:

• the service is provided to individuals — RF residents, who signed direct agreement with Registrar R01 and submitted supporting documents to verify data under their agreement;
• the customer who ordered the service may only be a direct agreement holder with the Registrant's status.

Requirements for the domain names:

• the service is delivered for .RU, .SU and .РФ domain names;
• Sales operations are only possible with the domains, which Registrant and Registrar have not been changed within 2 months up to date of receipt of the Power of attorney by the Registrar. In this case at least one month shall remain before the expiry date of the domain registration (field reg-till of Whois service).

Terms of payment:

• price of each domain may not be lower than 2000 rub.
• Registrar's fee amounts to 9% of the domain name price, but not less than 1500 rub.

Upon receipt of the Power of attorney by Registrar R01 all actions with the domain names (except for renewal and DNS servers change) put up for sale will be blocked.

Revenues received from the sale of domain names may be credited the seller or R01 personal account, or to the bank account. In a latter case bank details should be filled in the Power of attorney for the Registrar.
