The bidder may leave the bidding if his bid is not the Best or Second Best bid. In this case, the Deposit amount is released on his personal account. If necessary, the Bidder may return to bidding; his history of bids will be saved.
The bidding ends at the time indicated as the auction closing time.
If a bid was placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction closing time is shifted
for 5 minutes to enable the bidders to respond to the last bid, if they want to.
After the auction has ended a notification shall be sent to all bidders with the
information on the auction closure, their last bid and their place in the bidding
process. The reserved amounts will be released on personal accounts of all bidders,
except for the Auction Winner and the Runner-up.
The bidder, who had placed
the last bid is announced to be the Auction Winner.
The Auction Winner is given 10 calendar days to make a payment for the won
domain name. If the Auction Winner fails to make payment for the lot within
10-day period, the right to purchase the domain name is transferred to the
Runner-up.
If the lot has not been purchased neither by the Auction Winner,
nor the Runner-up (after he has acquired the right to purchase the lot)
within the time period stipulated by these Terms (failed bidding), these
persons forfeit the right to participate again in bidding for the same lot.
