If data on your agreement are not verified (in account manager, section "My data", field "Information verified" has "No" value), or data under your Registrant is not verified (in account manager, section "Registrants" in detailed information about the registrant field "Information verified" has "No" value), you will be required to upload scanned copies of the respective documents.
Copies of the documents may be uploaded in R01 account manager via "Supporting documents" on the page with the User's or Registrant's details.
