If you transfer .SU domains to Registrar R01 from another registrar and you remain their Registrant, you shall:
To send the request via personal account the Registrant will be required to take the following steps:
- Log in to personal account using Registrant's login or nic-hdl.
- Go to the Domains section → .SU domains transfer from another registrar →
Submit request for transfer from another Registrar.
- Indicate the domain names to be transferred.
- Select the Registrant (by default, the agreement holder sees own nic-hdl) and check the data.
If the registrant data indicated in Registrar R01 database match the registrant data from the previous Registrar, the domain name will be automatically accepted into R01 database. Otherwise, the domain name will be submitted to manual processing. You will be notified of the results via email.
For the purpose of a domain name transfer by the written request, the Registrant shall submit the following documents to Registrar R01:
To be provided by a legal entity:
- Letter addressed to Registrar R01 with a request to accept the domains (DOC);
- A copy of the Certificate of an Entry about the Legal Entity in Uniform State Register of Legal Entities (OGRN Certificate);
To be provided by an individual or individual entrepreneur:
- Letter addressed to Registrar R01 with a request to accept the domains (DOC);
- A copy of the main ID (first two pages and a page containing information about the place of residence).
Conditions under which Registrar change is impossible:
- the domain registration term has expired;
- judicial or prejudicial restraints have been imposed on the domain name;
- he current Registrar requested additional information from the Registrant, but the latter failed to provide it within the specified timeframe.
