Refusal to sell domain name

If Registrar R01 has not received the original Power of attorney.

The application for domains sale may be canceled by the buyer through the account manager. Therefore, you should:

Log in to R01 account manager.
Go to "Escrow" section → "Domain names put up for sale".
Click on "Cancel transfer" icon just opposite the required domain.

As a result domains will not be put up for sale even after Register receives the original Power of attorney.

If Registrar already received the original Power of attorney, domain was put up for sale, however, no funds have yet been received from the seller and the domain has not been transferred to him.

To cancel the Power of attorney the seller should write application (if the seller wishes to refuse from sale of a portion of domains, the application form can be viewed here), sign it and send its scanned copy to email info@r01.ru, and then submit original letter to postal address of Registrar.
