Hosting Service Cancellation

To cancel the hosting service, Administrator will be required to submit:

• for legal entities
  Service cancellation letter (doc)
• for individuals and sole traders
  Service cancellation letter (doc)

The information in letter and in R01 data base shall be identical. Individuals will be required to attach to the letter a passport copy. Legal entities will be required to attach a copy of Certificate of state registration.

The documents may be:

• posted to the address available here
• delivered to the R01 office

Copies of letters can be submitted via email at info@r01.ru (attachment size limit is 16 MB).

The request will be processed within two business days after receiving documents. The Administrator will be notified of all changes made via contact e-mail.
