How to change hosting plan or buy additional space?

To increase disk space on R01 hosting, you should change your plan with a larger limit.

Note! If plan is to be changed the service expiry date will remain unchanged.

To change the plan you will be required to:

• log in to account manager using the agreement number as login.
• go to Hosting  section of the account manager.
• In the line with the account click on Actions, then click on "Change of hosting plan"  and follow the instructions of the plan change wizard.

• You can change your price plan only to the higher-value plan having paid the difference in price for the remaining period. Recalculation is made starting from the next day after the date of the price plan change (inclusive).
• If you change over to another price plan the date of the hosting service automatic deactivation will not be changed.
• When the price plan is changed to the lower side, there is no refund for the price difference. Please note that lesser number of resources will be available for a lower-price service plan. Make sure that these resources are sufficient for your website operation!
