How can I upload the database to the server?

After the database has been created via Plesk control panel and the user has been added for that DB, you can upload it by using PhpMyAdmin (DB WebAdmin) tools

Click on DB WebAdmin symbol and select the following item in the popup window: import. Besides, it shall be necessary to indicate encoding which the data are stored in the dump. Furthermore, the dump shall not contain "create database" instructions.

When SSH access is used, console MySQL client is also available.
