What are R01 hosting limits?

The following technical limitations apply to R01 hosting servers with Plesk control panel:

Disc space usage:

• When the client's account exceeds the occupied disc space for more than 10%, but less than twofold during 10 days' period, the client's account is blocked.
• When the client's account exceeds the occupied disc space for more than twofold the client's account can be blocked at the moment of exceedence.

Mail services operation:

• Maximum size of the e-mail being received: not more than 25Mb
• When using scripts it is possible to send not more than 1,000 e-mails per hour.
• When using SMTP protocol it is allowed to send not more than 100 e-mails per 10 minutes from one mailbox
• Maximum time for e-mail in queue — 1 day
• Maximum number of deferred e-mails in queue from one client — 1,000
• It is prohibited to create more than 10 (ten) outbound SMTP connections per minute
• It is prohibited to create more than 4 (four) concurrent connections to IMAP/POP3 server from one IP address

Besides, some technical limitations of the hosting depend on the price plan selected by you.
