Users plan assignment/change

You should assign plans to your subscriber to allow it to use your services.

To do so:

1. Go to the section "Users", select the user you need and click on the icon "Fix User". The upper line will display: "Selected User: <Users agreement number>"
    
2. Go to the menu "Users plans"
    
3. Click on the icon "Add agreement plan", and select the product and plan
   
   
4. Specify the plan starting date and plan multiplier (factor used to multiply any service price in the plan). For example, multiplier 0.9 means a 10% discount on all services in this plan for this user.
    
5. Add users plan

Add users plans for all products in respect of which it is to receive services.
 

Note! Plans will be effective since the time specified as "Plan starting date"!
