Complaints regarding gTLDs

Any issues which may arise from Registrant’s violations of exclusive rights for the trademark, illegal activities and abuses, as well as spamming from this domain, should be addressed to tld-abuse@r01.ru or phone +7.4957833783.

The appropriate actions for addressing such issues will be shortly adopted. After receiving a complaint, R01 will:

1. Send a copy of such complaint to Registrant with a request to comment on it within 10 calendar days.
2. Initialize the procedure of Registrant’s data confirmation.

If Registrant fails to confirm the data within 10 calendar days, the domain will be undelegated. If Registrant confirms the data after the domain is undelegated, the domain will be re-delegated within 2 business days.
