How to make payment (recharge account) by credit card via Cyberplat

NOTE! Payments via Cyberplat are temporarily suspended.
 

To recharge your account by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) via Cyberplat, you should:

• Log in to R01 account manager using your agreement number (agreement number can be viewed for example in letter about successful agreement signing with R01)
   
• Go to Finance section
   
• In "Tools" menu select Recharge account
   
• Specify the amount for payment and follow the billing wizard instructions. As a result the bill will be issued to you with an offering to pay for it by credit card via Cyberplat.
   
• After that you will be redirected to the website of the Cyberplat payment system for payment.
   
• After successful payment of the issued bill the funds will be immediately credited to your personal account.

Note that your card details are not available for R01 and indicated only in the secured area of the Cyberplat payment system.

Note! Payment by credit cards is available only for those clients who have provided documents confirming their identification details by submitting copies of supporting documents.
