Domain name transfer to another partner agreement

If there is no Registrant change, the following documents shall be provided to transfer a domain name to another partner agreement with the Registrar:

For a legal entity:

1. Letter — Transfer of a legal entity domain name from one agreement to another within R01 framework
2. Copies of the following documents shall be attached to the letter:
   State Registration Certificate (OGRN).

For an individual:

1. Letter — Transfer of an individual domain name from one agreement to another within R01 framework
2. Copies of the following documents shall be attached to the letter:
   Passport (pages with the person's name, information on the body which issued the document and stamp on permanent registration. If your domain name has been registered using the details of previous passport — pages with a stamp on previously issued document).

For a for a sole trader:

1. Letter — of the following documents shall be attached to the letter
2. Passport (pages with the person's name, information on the body which issued the document and stamp on permanent registration. If you domain name has been registered using the details of previous passport — pages with a stamp on previously issued document).

First, the letter and copies of supporting documents shall be sent by fax (495) 930-88-00, or the scanned copies of these documents — to the e-mail address info@r01.ru, and then the original letter shall be sent by ordinary mail.

If the Registrant is changed, the following two letters shall be submitted to Registrar R01: first one — from the current registrant confirming the fact that he is transferring the rights on the domain name, and the second one — from a new registrant confirming the fact that he assumes these rights.
